Who should invest?
Clients who are suitable for the Self Managed account should understand:
  • The risks of investing in stocks.
  • This system is intended to be a long-term strategy.
  • This system will not always outperform the market or benchmark indices.
  • We are providing you a system to select a group of top-ranked value stocks. You are responsible for the final selection of stocks and you decide when to place an order to purchase or sell securities.
  • We will send you an alert message when a stock in your portfolio approaches the one year holding period.
  • You must decide which stocks to sell and then send us the order.
  • You allow us to use our discretion in how to place your requested orders into the market so that we can attempt to provide you with the best execution of the order.
  • This account is not a self-directed brokerage account. We limit which stocks you can buy and sell to our system's top-ranked stocks.
  • We do not provide financial planning or tax advice.
  • Securities may not be transferred into your portfolio.
  • We charge a quarterly management fee based on the amount of your account assets.
  • There are no trading fees charged to your account.
